Other Disney
Attractions
Some favourites
of ours are Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon
Animal Kingdom
Kilimanjaro Safaris needs to be your first stop, so head all the way
to the back of the park. There's tons of African wildlife on view and
it looks, feels, and smells like the real thing - amazing!
The Pangani Forest Exploration Trail leads to a close-up Gorilla encounter
with these magnificent animals and an underwater tete a tete with some
hippopotami! Elsewhere in the park the attention to detail is superb.
The Tree Of Life, the park icon, is an inspired 145-foot creation that
merits a tour all of it's own. Underneath the tree, you'll find It's
Tough to Be A Bug a creepy crawly comedy featuring loveable Flik, Hopper
and a cast of millions. Young paleontologists should head over to DinoLand
USA where they can dig up a few old friends in The Boneyard. This is
also where you'll find the DINOSAUR ride, a thrilling bronto-sized adventure!
The whole family needs to catch Festival of the Lion King. It's incredibly
colorful and the award winning music is ggrrreat!
Asia is the latest 'land' to be added to the park. Don't miss the exciting
Kali River Rapids or the beautiful tigers along the Maharajah Jungle
Trek. For a really hip show 'swing' on over to Tarzan™ Rocks! for a
concert combining hit songs and extreme sports! Camp Minnie Mickey is
where you'll find the usual tribe of Disney characters just in case
the kids need another cute picture!
Blizzard Beach
This is Floridas first ski resort with slalom courses, bobsled and toboggan
runs but when the temperatures return to normal the runs become downhill
water slides and chair lift carries swimmers instead of skiers! This
is the most slushy, slippery and exhilarating water park in the world.

Typhoon Lagoon
A huge storm has stranded a ship on a mountain. Welcome to Typhoon Lagoon
where a 4 foot surf wave runs the entire length of the 2.5 acre lagoon
every 4 minutes. There are plenty of activities here to keep the family
happy.
