The lounge has comfortable sofas and an armchair for TV viewing or for watching the lake's wildlife, through the panoramic patio doors. There is a TV with video and DVD, coffee table, side tables with lamps and a ceiling fan. The living room overlooks the pool and lake at the rear.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge.
