Come and watch the sun set from Sunset! Our spacious air conditioned 4 bed 2.5 bath home with west facing lanai, screened deck and large pool overlooks a lake at the rear. The accommodation in the bedrooms comprise Queen four poster bed in the master (down stairs), Queen bed in bedroom 2 and Twin beds in bedrooms 3 and 4 (up stairs). There is a sofa bed (double) in the family area. In the master bathroom there are "his and hers" vanity basins, large tub and walk in shower cubicle. The upstairs bathroom has vanity basin, tub with shower over. Down stairs the lobby to the garage has a separate toilet and vanity basin. Sunset sleeps up to 10 guests and all the bedrooms have TVs (with either DVD or VCR facility) and ceiling fans.
The villa is fully equipped with spare linen, towels, pool towels and hair dryers. Laundry facilities, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
There is garaging for 2 vehicles. The garage door is electrically operated. Further vehicles can be parked on the drive.Unlimited local, long distance and international phone calls are provided free of charge.
Sunset is located in the quiet community of Chatham Park, one minute from the famous Highway 192 and less than 5 miles from Disney. The 192 has everything for the vacationer from Wal-Mart and Super Target to restaurants offering all the great cuisines of the World to dinner shows at Medieval Times and Al Capone's. Also close by is Old Town with its many restaurants, curio shops and fun fair.
Chatham Park has its own community pool and a small park with tennis court, basket ball court and children's play area. A team of helpful community assistant officers are maintained on site 7 days a week.
The gulf coast, Atlantic Coast, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour and a half drive away.
