SURAY - 'JEWEL OF THE EAST'
Suray is our Jewel. A gift from the East. A beautiful air conditioned 3 bed 2 bath villa with a west facing sc reened solar heated pool and deck overlooking a lake. The bedrooms comprise a King bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest and Twin beds in the third Bedroom. The villa sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV (with either DVD or VCR facility) and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of appliances and contains a breakfast table with 4 chairs for casual dining. The living room is open plan with formal dining table and chairs next to the breakfast bar. The lounge has comfortable sofas and an armchair for TV viewing or for watching the lake's wildlife, through the panoramic patio doors.
The pool deck has loungers, chairs and table for dining al fresco.
The villa comes fully equipped with spare linen, towels, pool towels and hair dryers. Laundry facilities, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
There is garaging for 2 vehicles. The garage door is electrically operated. Further vehicles can be parked on the drive.
Unlimited local, long distance and international phone calls are provided free of charge.
Suray is located in the quiet community of Chatham Park, one minute from the famous Highway 192 and less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World. The 192 has everything for the vacationer from Wal-Mart and Super Target to restaurants offering selections from the great cuisines of the World. Dinner shows are available at Medieval Times, Al Capone's and Arabian Nights. Also close by is Old Town with its many restaurants, curio shops and Fun Fair. Further west is the start of Orlando's International Drive.
Chatham Park has its own community pool and a small park with tennis court, basket ball court and children's play area. A team of helpful community assistant officers are maintained on site 7 days a week.
The gulf coast, Atlantic Coast, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour and a half drive away.
